Job Outline
Advanced Recruit are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Business Development / Sales and marketing manager for a busy ever growing manufacturing company In Telford.
This role a very busy and varied role, you will be taking on part of a co-ordinating role, where you are responsible for the co-ordination of products and services to customers.
Job Role
General Duties
- Compiling annual marking budget proposal
- Monitoring website activities and sharing details with sales dept.
- Helping to arrange promotional events
- Analyse data from customer surveys
- Supporting sales with data for customers
- Supporting external sales with relevant data
- Mailshots and newsletters to mailing list customers
- To support sales with potential trade shows or market research
- Support sales with booking and requirements of trade shows.
- To support sales to share potential leads from website or other social media platforms.
- To support sales & production on contract review
- Upload marketing data onto drop boxes
- Assisting PR with the production of marketing materials to be sent to customers
- Helping to prepare interesting written copy for website & social media
- Ordering & stocking marketing materials
- Entering sales orders.
Experience / Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- 1/2 years + Admin experience
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Good Excel and SAP skills
- High Accuracy
- Experience of processing and issuing invoices
- Organised
- Ability to work on own initiative
