Sales Admin / Marketing Support

Job Role

  • Compiling annual marking budget proposal
  • Monitoring website activities and sharing details with sales dept.
  • Helping to arrange promotional events
  • Analyse data from customer surveys
  • Supporting sales with data for customers
  • Supporting external sales with relevant data
  • Mailshots and newsletters to mailing list customers
  • To support sales with potential trade shows or market research
  • Support sales with booking and requirements of trade shows.
  • To support sales to share potential leads from websites or other social media platforms.
  • To support sales & production on contract review
  • Upload marketing data onto drop boxes
  • Assisting PR with the production of marketing materials to be sent to customers
  • Helping to prepare interesting written copy for website & social media
  • Ordering & stocking marketing materials
  • Entering sales orders.
