Production Manager
Job Outline
Our client are a supplier of prefabricated reinforcement steel & construction supplies, with over 20 years of industry experience.
Currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced production manager with a wealth of managerial experienced within this sector.
Within this role you shall be responsible for the housekeeping, organisation, and maintenance of the shop floor by liaising with operations to ensure both planned preventative and corrective activities are conducted efficiently.
Job Role
The role will require you to ensure the workforce are engaged and proactive in the continuation of the company’s industry leading Health and Safety and Quality standards, whilst implementing new company technologies.
The individual must have a dynamic approach and be able to both plan and schedule production needs whilst adapting to change where necessary
Experience / Requirements
Currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced production manager with a wealth of managerial experienced within this sector.
The successful applicant is required to have reinforcement experience & understanding of the CARES approved manufacturing process to oversee the smooth running of production.
