HR Administrator

Job Outline

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a UK leading supplier of prefabricated reinforcement steel & construction supplies, with over 20 years of industry experience.

The successful applicant will join the company from a similar role having good knowledge/ experience of HR related tasks and activities. The role will require you to follow the entire recruitment, selection & onboarding process from start to finish, communicating with the hiring manager and ensuring employee HR systems are updated accordingly. The ideal candidate will be confident in applying employee legislation, ensuring the update of company policies within organisational materials in line with statutory requirements. Within this role you shall be required to attend/ lead disciplinary hearings, processing all employee documentation with care and confidentiality.

Job Role

The position requires the successful applicant to support the learning and development of group employees scheduling training where required and ensuring organisational compliance. Communication within this role is paramount and the successful applicant should possess an excellent written and verbal skill set.

Experience / Requirements

  • Recruitment, selection & onboarding.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Support of L&D.
  • Relevant knowledge of leave & absence.
  • Level 3-5 CIPD qualified.

SALARY: £25,000 – £30,000
