The successful applicant ideally possesses extensive sales experience/ product knowledge within reinforcement construction.

Job Role

The role will require you to lead an established sales team whilst driving business growth within the company to maintain and develop a network of customers.

The ideal candidate will also be confident in attracting new clients, researching market opportunities, and overseeing projects forecasting sales projections.

The individual must have the ability to both plan and schedule production to customer needs whilst adapting to unanticipated changes. Within this role you shall be responsible for the satisfaction of clients and provide effective service handling complaints in a professional and proactive manner.

Experience / Requirements

The position requires communication on various levels, the successful candidate will communicate with the other members of the Management team, Transport and Production to ensure products are dispatched and meet customer requirements.

• Oversee sales team.

• Manage and develop client database.

• Business growth.

 

• Ensure customer needs are delivered.

• Scheduling sales orders.
